What served me then won’t serve me now.

I’m about to leave on tour with the orchestra, and I’ve realized that the approach I took the last time won’t serve me now.  (The last major BSO tour to Europe was 2018, a super challenging year for me. You can look it up if you don’t know the story.)

Especially when we’ve experienced a lot of success doing something one way, we sometimes forget to check in with ourselves to see if our approach needs updating.

Does this resonate?  Is there an area where you might be using tools or approaches that served you beautifully in the past — but perhaps they aren’t a good fit right now?

Watch this 90-second video for more thoughts on this.
